12月20日，“2025中国·黎平侗年”在贵州省黎平县正式开启，肇兴侗寨迎来一年中最热闹的时刻。除了盛大的节庆活动，寨子街头巷尾升腾的烟火气，同样是侗年不可或缺的风景线。

On December 20, the“2025 China · Liping Dong New Year”officially opened in Liping County, Guizhou Province. Zhaoxing Dong Village entered its liveliest time of the year. Beyond the grand festivities, the everyday bustle of village life is also an essential part of the celebration.

在众多美食摊位中，几位戴着鲜艳头巾的嬢嬢，意外成为社交媒体上的热门打卡点。她们被网友们亲切地称为“头巾嬢嬢”。嬢嬢们各自经营的侗家糯米饭包烤肉小吃摊，吸引了来自天南地北的食客们。

Among the many food stalls, several women wearing colorful headscarves have unexpectedly become popular on social media. Netizens affectionately call them the“Headscarf Aunts.”Their Dong-style pork-wrapped sticky rice stalls draw diners from across the country.

糯米饭包烤肉是传统的侗族美食，体现了侗族饮食中主食与菜肴搭配的日常习惯。它以热气腾腾的糯米饭，包裹上炒制入味的本地猪肉制成，有时再根据时令加入腌菜或香料。嬢嬢们常年在此经营，让这份手艺保留了地道的风味，也成为许多游客对侗寨味道的初记忆。

Pork-wrapped sticky rice is a traditional Dong dish, reflecting the everyday pairing of staple foods and side dishes in Dong cuisine. It is made by wrapping hot glutinous rice around seasoned local pork, sometimes with pickled vegetables or spices. Sold here year-round, the dish preserves its authentic flavor and often becomes visitors’first taste of the Dong village.

今年侗年期间，肇兴侗寨作为主会场之一，举办了包含巡游、百家宴等在内的一系列活动。“头巾嬢嬢”的摊位展现了侗族文化生活的真实一面，让到访者通过日常饮食，感受到侗年热闹而质朴的氛围。

During this year’s Dong New Year, Zhaoxing Dong Village, one of the main venues, hosted events including parades and the Hundred-Family Banquet. The“Headscarf Aunts’”stalls offer an authentic glimpse into Dong cultural life, allowing visitors to experience the festival’s lively yet down-to-earth atmosphere through everyday food.
